We assign a member of our staff to each client to assist them on a case by case basis. We can either fulfill all of their load needs, or simply provide loads on an as needed basis. We can assist CARRIERS any time or any place they need help.

What does “IDEAL DISPATCH SERVICES” do for their customers?

What we do is act as a “Independent Dispatch Team” soliciting freight from shippers, logistics companies and / or credit approved freight brokers for the lanes that our customers want to run.

We also do a complete analysis of your operating costs to help better determine what rate you need in order to operate your equipment in a profitable way.

We do that using a variety of formulas including fuel costs, insurance, truck payments, driver pay and a host of other factors that will determine your cost to operate.

We do this analysis "FREE" for our customers to better serve their needs.

We work as your dispatcher soliciting freight shipments at your desired mileage rate. You tell us what works for you. If we can’t find a load within your desired rate we will contact you with available loads and you can determine if the rate on those loads will work for you. We will not book you on a load until you give us the “GO AHEAD”…

Unlike other “Dispatch Services”, we do not charge a percentage of the total load pay for our services. You simply pay a monthly fee (per truck). That’s it. Whether you use our services one time or 100 times per month.

We will bill your customer for you, the checks come directly to you, or we can deposit them to you account. We will follow up for you on all billing we initiate. We want you to receive prompt payment for all loads that you haul.
